Mmmm, Cookies
I watched Martha today, well at least part of it. And she had a baker from NYC that makes baked goods that are vegan and gluten free. Yum, right? I think it would take a while for me to amass all the alternative ingredients to bake one of these goodies but I think it would be worth it. You can find the recipes here. Enjoy!

Yeah, I figured that you and my M-I-L would love it. I want to buy the book because she makes some cookies with agave nectar.
I'd be lying if I said I was going to make them. Sounds good to me, actually, but I just seem to be lacking enthusiasm for baking lately. I'd buy some if they were sold at a bakery, though.
Those look sooo good. I recently bought some agave nectar, because I've been reading how much better it is for your blood sugar than refined sugar. It's really good, actually! :) Happy Mother's Day to you!
