Each new day brings a new excuse not to cook. When I have felt good enough or overcome my feelings I've tried to do extra and I do have a few things in the freezer for after baby. Muffins are good frozen...the next urge brings muffins to the table.Maryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18221309984050544857noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10417395.post-64708699681630627042007-08-08T13:54:00.000-06:002007-08-08T13:54:00.000-06:00I know the feeling, well I'm not pregnant but the ...I know the feeling, well I'm not pregnant but the heat is awful. I've actually had fruit for dinner 3 nights this week, well, and muffins. 9 months pregnant is definitely the time to be ordering out.Amy Buttonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14528740610353470041noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10417395.post-6332755981382677022007-08-08T11:26:00.000-06:002007-08-08T11:26:00.000-06:00They look delicious, even with the funky backdrop....They look delicious, even with the funky backdrop...who was that? I have this torn feeling of wanting to bake and wanting to stay completely away from my kitchen. It's like a personal torture. Halle loves her "acorn" (her new word for muffin not that she can't say it I guess it looks like an acorn from Higgly Town Heroes) and Amanda who initially turned up her nose at the prospect of a cherry muffin liked them. I didn't mention it in the blog but the batter for the muffins was beautiful. Beautiful batter? I know but it was so creamy and fluffy I've never made anything like it. I guess that's what I get for making boxed muffins.Amy Buttonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14528740610353470041noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10417395.post-18833016463202755042007-08-08T11:01:00.000-06:002007-08-08T11:01:00.000-06:00You mentioned making muffins but said nothing of t...You mentioned making muffins but said nothing of the streusel topping. ANY recipe for cake or muffins is better with STREUSEL! I want an "acorn"! Yum.Tisrahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18075045361304027492noreply@blogger.com
